The 8th print in my summer tour series. It was inspired by the poster for “Target Earth” (1954). This one was one of the trickiest prints I created, since with my method, I have to break the image up in order to work with it digitally to create the final image. I had to do lots of color mixing to recreate the colors and managed to creating the hazy effect without digital manipulation. As always, the images are all drawn, inked and watercolored, then scanned and digitally arranged. Prints are 13×19 on cardstock, signed and limited to an edition of 150.
