Phish Merriweather 2022 Tickets and Prints

My design for the Merriweather shows. Merriweather holds a special place in my heart, I’ve actually seen the most shows there. It’s the place where I run into the most people I know, either from Philly, the Harrisburg area where I grew up, and even old friends from college! The art was inspired by these interactions with friends, some of who I haven’t seen in years, and some who are no longer with us. I chose to use robots, since they have been a theme in lots of my work in the past, including stickers I used to give out/put up at shows I attended. This was one of my toughest pieces since I had so much detail with the audience! The original painting was ink, watercolor, and gouache paint. Prints are 11×14, signed and numbered, and limited to an edition of 100. Tickets are based on PTBMs, and the barcode links to the setlist on Phish.net!

Still Waiting (for Fall Tour)

I recently had the time to do some much needed maintenance to my Shop, as well as to this site.  I’ve streamlined my shop, and at the same time added more items. Through the power of scroll-down menus, I was able to add setlists from previous years. I’ve also changed up this site, including updating the setlist archives.  It’s now easier to go to a specific show  or tour with endless scrolling.

I have previous year setlists on sale, including deals if you purchase multiple show runs!  I also have 2016 show posters available for all the summer tour shows.  Sadly, I doubt I’ll be able to do show posters for  all of Fall tour (it’s been a busy school year so far) but I might do a poster for all of tour, possibly a block print.   I’ll of course be creating setlists for fall, and with them new song illustrations.  I’m also opening up commissions for any show setlists for only $25!  You tell me the show, I create the setlist with header art, at a very limited edition of 10.  I can also do multiple shows for a discounted price.    You can contact me below if interested, or hit me up on various forms of internet (FB, IG,Twitter links on the side menu).  And as always, a dollar from every setlist sold is donated to Mockingbird Foundation as a thank you for allowing me to use their setlist notes for my setlist art!

Commissioned Setlist: 6/11/2011 Merriweather Post Pavilion

I recently made this setlist as a commissioned piece of the 6/11/11.  It was made as a wedding present for a couple that had met at this show.  I added some things into the header, including their initials and their likeness in the crowd.  I can do any Phish show setlist, the first one you went to, the best one you went to, or in this case, the one where you met that special someone!  Contact me via etsy, twitterinstagram, or facebook if there’s an illustrated setlist you’d like to own.  And yes, I have done the Big Cypress setlist, it’s a bit ridiculous.

These shows were especially fun for me, on account of being in attendance.  I forgot my sketchpad, and initially freaked out, but realized this would allow me to fully enjoy the show.  I brought it with me for the second night, and I’m glad I did.  I had initially told myself that I would draw all new pictures for the songs, growing a bit tired of drawing the same ones.  This kept me challenged, especially drawing so many variations of Tweezer!  Prints are for sale via etsy.
